built on story. driven by strategy.
I've been writing since I could hold a pen. Poems as a kid, brand strategies as an adult. In between, I earned an MFA in Creative Writing and Poetics from UW Bothell and created a thesis that combined poetry with video installation art. I've never been great at staying in one lane, and that's served me well.

Over the past decade, I've written for high-net-worth clients, developed thought leadership platforms, and helped shape brand voices that actually sound like humans. I've also built the operational infrastructure behind the marketing: the systems, workflows, and frameworks that turn great creative work into something scalable and repeatable. I move fluidly between strategy and execution, between a single line of copy and the full architecture of a campaign, and I've learned that the best marketing lives at the intersection of both.
I'm fluent in luxury, comfortable with bold risks, and energized by collaboration. Whether I'm crafting messaging, directing creative, or untangling operational inefficiencies, my approach is the same: sharp strategy, fearless creativity, and a genuine understanding of what makes an audience stop and pay attention.
In my free time you'll find me hiking the trails of the Pacific Northwest, enjoying live music, or sharing a glass of Sangiovese on a patio with friends. I live in the Seattle area with my husband and teenage son, who keep me grounded and occasionally inspire my best ideas.
background
Marketing Operations Director
Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (2026-Present)
Operations-obsessed marketing leader who turns creative chaos into scalable systems. In this role, I connect broker needs to brand strategy, identify operational inefficiencies, and build the workflows that let great creative work reach its full potential. I oversee marketing across new developments and support both brand and broker marketing initiatives, while managing the day-to-day operations of CLAY Agency, RSIR's in-house creative team.
The through line is the same as it has always been: make sure the right work reaches the right people at the right time, and build the infrastructure that makes it repeatable. I thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, where precision and creativity have to coexist, and where the systems you build either hold or they don't.
Marketing Manager
Lake Washington Partners (2024-2026)
I wore a lot of hats at Lake Washington Partners but the through line was always the same: shaping strategy that actually resonates with the people we’re trying to reach. As the lead for marketing strategy, I built tailored plans, dug into market research to surface opportunities, and served as the key point of contact for our PR team, making sure our messaging landed where it mattered.
As a marketing team of two, I was frequently tasked with both developing the strategy and bringing it to life creatively across channels from social to thought leadership to presentations that supported LKWP’s commercial real estate portfolio. I developed the company’s brand voice and guidelines from the ground up, giving the firm a cohesive identity that’s both human and sharp. I also coordinated speaking engagements, shaped executive positioning, and guided campaigns that laddered up to broader business goals.
The work was varied and fast-paced, which is exactly how I like it. I grew the company’s social following by 60% in a year, led the branding and launch of the firm’s multifamily division, and steered naming and repositioning efforts for a vacant office asset that leased ahead of projections. Whether I was collaborating with internal teams, managing vendor relationships, or diving into performance data to refine our approach, I always looked for the angle that made people stop, pay attention, and actually engage.
Client Services Manager
Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (2019-2024)
It was in my Client Services Manager role that I really learned to juggle, and I mean that in the best way. I managed a client portfolio worth over $500M, tailoring marketing strategies to each client's goals and delivering ongoing ROI reporting that kept relationships transparent and productive. I also ran the show for CLAY, our in-house creative agency, developing new product offerings, increasing custom marketing sales, and implementing a custom project management system that made the whole department run smoother. On top of that, I hired and trained a team of five direct reports, setting department goals and driving efficiencies across the board. My work earned me a spot on the company's CORE Leadership Team, where I helped shape the overall direction of the business. It was fast-paced, high-stakes, and exactly the kind of environment where I thrive.
Communications Editor
Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (2015-2019)
I wrote constantly in this role, and I loved it. I managed all brand content for the company, keeping messaging consistent and on-point while creating editorial calendars and leading PR initiatives that elevated our public presence. I wrote everything: market reports, editorial articles, broker profiles, press releases, property descriptions. The goal was always the same: take complex information or high-end listings and turn them into stories that resonated. I worked closely with agents to develop creative strategies for premium properties, established partnerships with international affiliates that led to successful social media campaigns, and learned how to adapt my voice to fit different audiences without losing impact. It was here that I discovered I could write for anyone, about anything, and make it compelling.
Broker Care
Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (2013-2015)
This was my entry point into the real estate and marketing world. I handled the essentials: entering property listings with precision, producing marketing materials, managing office communications, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. It taught me how the business worked from the ground up and gave me a front-row seat to what makes great marketing actually work.
